Groomer-app rows (dirt, water, trail hazards) carry the tablet's GPS fix, so they sit exactly where the driver dropped them. Incidents and H&S-app hazards are written up with a place name, not a position: they are placed on the named trail's mid-point, the named building, or the H&S zone's anchor, and drawn dashed.
