Your hours are recorded in Connecteam — a separate app on your phone, not this menu.

1. Open Connecteam and clock in at the start of your shift.
2. Clock out at the end.
3. Check your hours look right — they go to your pay. Tell a manager if anything's off.

Your pre-shift checks at the start of the day, and end-of-day checks at close.

1. Tap Daily Checks.
2. Work down your list and tick each item.
3. Submit. Once your pre-shift check is done, the tile becomes your End-of-Day checks.
4. At close, open it again and finish the end-of-day list for your area.

One place to report anything safety-related. Do it as soon as you can.

1. Tap Report.
2. Choose the type — hazard, incident, near-miss, unsafe in a vehicle, or a confidential safety issue.
3. Say what happened, where, who was involved, and what you did. Add a photo if you can.
4. Submit. It lands on the Open Items list and a manager follows it through.

Every drive in a Company vehicle goes through here. You must be inducted on a vehicle before you drive it.

1. Tap Drive Now and choose the vehicle.
2. Do the pre-drive check (walk-around).
3. Read any hazards posted for that vehicle or route.
4. Start the drive. Hit a new hazard? Post it — the next driver sees it.
5. End the drive in the app when you're done.

Step-by-step start-up and shutdown. Follow the screens in order — don't skip ahead.

• Starting: work through the pre-start checklist, wait out the warm-up timer, then switch the mains.
• Stopping: the shutdown wizard runs a cool-down timer before it's safe to switch off.
• A banner shows across the app while the generator is running.

Before you head up, check the Snow Report for today's conditions and the road, and read the Daily Briefing — both are at the top of the Health & Safety screen.

• Page stuck or out of date? Pull down to refresh. It catches up once you're back online.
• Can't log in? Ask a manager to reset your password.
• Not sure about anything? Ask a manager. Better to ask than guess with safety data.
