Donations are outside GST scope, so No GST is the correct default — the whole amount books as tax-deductible income with no GST line.

Export un-invoiced pledges

Downloads a CSV in Xero's Sales invoice import format. Each pledge becomes one invoice, numbered from the sequence above. Exported pledges are marked invoiced so they aren't exported twice.

In Xero: Business → Invoices → Import, upload this file, map UnitAmount inclusive/exclusive of tax to Exclusive (No GST makes them equal), then review & approve.
